These are the most ambitious career development programs ever created disguised as games, which makes learning fun but, hey, why shouldn't learning be fun for adults and for children.

The Real Game is really about engaging kids in classroom settings around career issues and I don't think there's ever been a more popular program ever anywhere that does that

... they have to learn and use a new set of skills, we call those career building skills, and these are skills that they're going to need, really, for the rest of their life.

In interactions, on the job, with their families, in their communities, as parents and so on. These would be team-building, problem-solving, communication skills, responsibility, self-management skills and, in fact, they have to live them out and they see how important these skills become in the context of something that's real
