His daughter Mara’s question, “Why do I have to learn this?” led Bill Barry to create The Real Game. With a B.A. in Education and a M.A. in Sociology, Bill has been a teacher, sociologist, actor, writer, poet, playwright and adult literacy campaigner. Since 1994 he has dedicated himself to helping equip youth and adults with the career building skills, knowledge and attitudes they need to succeed in the rapidly changing knowledge age workforce and economy.
Bill now plays with the ideas of a growing network of students, clients, teachers and facilitators, career practitioners, career educators, career and employment counselors, researchers, curriculum specialists, administrators and policy makers around the world in the on-going enrichment, adaptation and evergreening of The Real Game Series™.
